Each of our photo nightlights is custom-made with care, created from your personal memories—making every piece truly one of a kind. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.

That said, your happiness means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the quality, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

To report an issue, please include your order number and a photo of the item so we can help resolve it quickly.
